Job Description

Purchase Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

Source and procure electronic components, mechanical parts, and consumables.
Identify, develop, and evaluate suppliers for quality, cost, and reliability.
Negotiate prices, contracts, and payment terms to optimize procurement costs.
Collaborate with production and planning teams to maintain optimal inventory levels.
Track and monitor material lead times to avoid production delays.
Develop cost-saving initiatives and alternative sourcing strategies.
Maintain procurement data, purchase records, and supplier performance reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Candidate Skill Sets

:

Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field (MBA preferred).
2 4 years of procurement experience in electronics manufacturing industry.
Good understanding of electronic components and manufacturing processes.
Strong negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel
A quick learner with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
A collaborative team player who thrives in a startup environment.
