Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Purchase Manager to manage and optimize our procurement operations in the Marble industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of sourcing raw and finished stone materials (marble, granite, etc.), vendor management, inventory control, and cost negotiation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with marble and natural stone suppliers (domestic and international).
• Negotiate contracts, prices, and payment terms with vendors to ensure cost-effective procurement.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.
• Collaborate with production, sales, and warehouse teams to forecast procurement needs.
• Ensure the quality and timely delivery of purchased materials.
• Maintain proper documentation related to procurement, invoices, and vendor contracts.
• Keep up with industry trends, new products, and supplier developments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a purchasing role within the marble/natural stone industry.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Knowledge of import/export procedures (preferred).
• Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Existing supplier network in the marble industry (especially in regions like Rajasthan, Turkey, Italy, etc.)
• Understanding of quality standards and material specifications in the marble sector.
• Experience in logistics coordination and cost control.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kishangarh, Rajasthan
