Publisher Development - Lead Onboarding & Publisher Servicing

Role Overview: You will be working with the publisher development team to support them in managing and growing publishers working with CJ Affiliate. Your role will involve providing support in onboarding new publishers, enrolling publishers into advertiser's programs, and managing publisher queries and conversations. Key Responsibilities: - Deploy onboarding processes for inbound and newly acquired publishers - Serve as the primary point of contact for all publishers (non-managed) and understand their needs and objectives - Manage inquiry queues including Network Quality, Order Inquiries, and Finance - Contribute to mass communication to educate publishers on CJ initiatives and advertisers on publisher opportunities - Review affiliate publisher pages and report discrepancies - Deliver on reporting requests from different stakeholders Qualifications: - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Graduate in any discipline - 3-5 years of exposure in digital media/client services role preferred - Intermediate knowledge of MS Office suite and Google suite - Excel skills required - Basic knowledge of Affiliate Marketing,
