Public Relations Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Public Relations Executive with 2-3 years of experience to join our communications team. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of media relations, content creation, and brand messaging. You will be responsible for enhancing the company's image, building strong media relationships, and supporting PR campaigns that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
• Write and distribute press releases, media pitches, articles, blogs, and other content.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media, journalists, bloggers, and influencers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather information for external communications.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare daily/weekly media reports.
• Manage press events, interviews, media briefings, and press conferences.
• Handle crisis communication with tact and professionalism.
• Support social media and digital communication initiatives in alignment with PR strategies.
• Track KPIs and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of PR campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of proven experience in a PR or communications role (agency or in-house).
• Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Solid understanding of media landscape and PR tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office and PR management tools (e.g., Meltwater, Cision, etc.).
• Experience with social media platforms and content planning is a plus.
