Role Overview: As a candidate for the position at PSI Metal, you should have a background in Computer Science, Electronics, Operational Research, Production Planning, and Software Engineering. With a minimum of 6+ years of work experience in Advanced Planning & Scheduling, you should possess above-average abstraction and analytical skills. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a team proficiently - Demonstrate above-average abstraction and analytical skills - Execute and design projects and implementations at customer sites - Implement optimizers effectively - Work on Agile projects using methodologies like Scrum and frameworks like SAFe - Have experience in the field of workforce management - Utilize APS software efficiently - Knowledge of PSI Metals software is a plus - Maintain a customer-oriented, result-oriented, and proactive attitude Qualifications Required: - Background in Computer Science, Electronics, Operational Research, Production Planning, and Software Engineering - Minimum of 6+ years of experience in Advanced Planning & Scheduling - Experience in managing a team - Proficiency in abstraction and analytical skills - Experience in project execution and design at customer sites - Knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks - Familiarity with workforce management - Proficiency in APS software usage - Knowledge of PSI Metals software is an added advantage - Customer-oriented, result-oriented, and proactive attitude Soft skills that would be beneficial for this role include being a team player, having a positive attitude, and possessing good oral and written communication skills in English.,
