Key Responsibilities

AI Governance & Compliance

• Build

  AI governance frameworks

  aligned with global standards (DPDP Act, GDPR, NIST, OECD, ISO 42001, RBI/IRDA guidelines).
• Conduct

  risk assessments, privacy impact assessments, bias detection, adversarial testing

  , and governance reviews.
• Establish governance controls for

  model building, deployment, drift monitoring, explainability

  , and human-in-the-loop oversight.
• Create model documentation standards:

  Model Cards, AI Risk Register, Governance Checklists, Ethical Usage Guides

  .

GCC-Focused Responsibilities

• Help GCCs set up

  AI CoEs

  , governance pods, and responsible AI programs.
• Develop

  AI governance playbooks

  specifically tailored for the GCC operating model.
• Support GCC transition stages:

  Build → Stabilize → Scale

  with AI safety & governance guardrails.
• Enable GCCs to achieve

  AI maturity scorecards

  , compliance audits, and operational excellence targets.
• Drive capability-building for GCC teams in

  AI ethics, safety, governance, and regulatory readiness

  .

Training & Enablement (Innomax Skills)

• Build training curricula in

  Responsible AI, AI Governance, AI Safety, and AI Risk & Compliance

  .
• Deliver masterclasses, workshops, and case studies for learners, enterprises, and GCC leaders.
• Guide teams on

  industry certifications

  , governance toolchains, and safe deployment best practices.

Tools & Frameworks

• Evaluate and integrate AI governance tools:

• MLflow, Kubeflow, Azure ML, Vertex AI Governance, Guardrails AI, Model Monitoring Platforms, Policy Engines.

• Assist in building internal governance dashboards, lineage tracking, and observability pipelines.

Requirements

• 5–12 years

  in AI/ML, Data Governance, Cloud, or AI Risk roles.
• Strong technical understanding of:
• AI model lifecycle
• LLMs, RAG systems
• Data pipelines & MLOps
• Model drift, bias, safety
• Understanding of GCC dynamics, including:
• Transition & maturity models
• CoE setup
• Talent & capability building
• Governance & audit requirements
• Knowledge of global AI laws, standards, governance frameworks.
• Preferred certifications:

  ISO 42001, RAI/Responsible AI, Data Privacy, AI Governance, CIS-AI, Azure/AWS AI Specialty

  .
• Strong stakeholder management & communication skills.
