Key Responsibilities :-

Project Planning & Management:

Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules.

Team & Resource Coordination:

Assemble project teams, assign tasks, and manage personnel, materials, and vendors.

Progress Monitoring:

Track project progress, monitor performance against objectives, and ensure deliverables are met on time and within allocated budget.

Risk Management:

Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation plans, and manage risks and their resolutions.

Stakeholder Communication:

Facilitate clear and constructive communication between team members, senior management, clients, and other stakeholders.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

Compliance & Safety:

Ensure all activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements, and promote safety on-site.

Key Skills :-

Leadership & Mentoring: Ability to lead, motivate, and guide project teams and managers.

Organizational Skills: Strong ability to organize tasks, resources, and information efficiently.

Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.

Problem-Solving: Capacity to identify and resolve unexpected technical issues and other project challenges.

Technical Expertise: Solid knowledge of the project's subject matter and relevant technical skills.

Financial Acumen: Understanding of financial management and budget analysis.

Qualifications :-

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Project Management, or Engineering) is preferable.

Prior experience in a supervisory or project management role is essential.

Familiarity with project management software and relevant industry standards is beneficial.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
