Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee project scheduling and resource planning.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks proactively.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Experience in Stakeholder Management, Project Planning, Monitoring and Control, Project Management and Contracts for Metrorail projects.
  • Hands on experience on various software like Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and technique
  • As the Sr. Management, lead the development of project plans encompassing scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Continuously improve project planning processes and drive initiatives to implement best

practices and lessons learned

  • Oversee resource planning and allocation, identifying and resolving constraints to

optimize resource utilization

  • Implement project control mechanisms to monitor progress and address deviations

effectively.
