Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with over 10 years of experience to lead, plan, and execute complex IT projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing end-to-end project lifecycles, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering technology solutions on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects in alignment with business objectives.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources effectively.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, QA, infrastructure, and business stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and organizational standards.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between technical teams and business units.
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party service providers when required.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and tools.
• Support change management and training activities associated with IT projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in [industry, e.g., finance, healthcare, technology].
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Proven ability to manage large, complex IT projects end-to-end.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and IT compliance standards.
• Budget management and financial forecasting skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
