Project Manager - SAP

Role & Responsibilities :

- To manage the SAP S4/HANA application working in close coordination with Head IT

- Shall act as a bridge between internal stakeholders and SAP AMS Partner.

- This role shall track adherence to quality standards with regards to inputs, deliveries in line with the agreed timelines and scope of work.

- Shall assist Head IT in conducting Application reviews periodically.

- This role shall also play a vital role in performing UAT, QA and User Training along-with support on production issues post Go Live.

- This role shall also review the documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts etc. submitted by the AMS partner.

- Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders and maintain consistent lines of communication to drive high end-user satisfaction.

- Candidate should have at least 5 years of hands-on SAP Experience.

- Has experience of at least two S4/HANA end to end implementation.

- Experience in Manufacturing must

- Should be subject matter expert in at least 1-2 modules and is familiar with all other modules like FICO, SD, MM, PP, PM and QM. Understand the concepts and best practices around BTP, Fiori Apps, CLI etc.

- Experience of leading team of 10-15 team members.

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

- Effective communication / presentation skills, Customer focused, Problem solving & analytical skills.

- Ability to manage projects and priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

- SAP Certification

- Should have business acumen and ability to discuss and convince functional leaders on best business / industry practice.

- Regularly evaluating and reporting on the cost saving and operational efficiency through SAP.
