Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the
primary point of contact for clients
on eCommerce projects.
Manage timelines, tasks, and coordination with designers, developers, and marketing team.
Ensure
timely delivery
of Shopify & WordPress websites, marketing , and retainer tasks.
Share updates, gather requirements, and handle client communications.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets using tools like Excel or Google Sheets.

Requirements:

1 - 3 years of experience in
Project Management / Coordination / Client Servicing
(agency or eCommerce preferred).
Basic understanding of
Shopify, WordPress, SEO, or digital marketing workflows
.
Strong
communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
.
Familiarity with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Jira, Google Meeting
