Job Description

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support PMO operations, project coordination, and reporting across a multi-project environment. The selected candidate will combine project governance expertise with a strong command of collaboration and reporting tools, helping the PMO ensure project transparency, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Profile Requirement Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary interface with the PMO, handling communications, documentation, and reporting.
Manage and maintain Jira and Confluence environments for project tracking and knowledge sharing.
Support project meetings, trainings, and governance sessions.
Develop, enhance, and automate Power BI dashboards and reports, providing insights to leadership.
Maintain and structure SharePoint repositories and documentation workflows.
Contribute to the standardization of PMO processes and the implementation of new tools and templates.

Minimum Technical Requirements;

7+ years of experience in Project Management or PMO support, preferably in IT or digital transformation environments.
Proven experience using Jira and Confluence to manage and track project activities.
Advanced Power BI skills (reporting, data modeling, dashboard design).
Strong understanding of project governance, documentation, and change management processes.

Soft Skills

Self-driven, analytical, and detail-oriented professional.
Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
Capable of working autonomously while maintaining alignment with PMO objectives.
Focused on continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
