Project Manager-PMC

As a Project Manager - PMC at Intellisol Integrated Services P Ltd, located in Bengaluru, you will be responsible for managing projects related to Painting and Water proofing, Handling Civil Projects, Shifting and renovations, Annual maintenance, and one-time cleaning services. Your key responsibilities will include: - Coordinating with project manager and team members - Planning and developing project ideas - Monitoring project progress and setting deadlines - Resolving issues that arise - Managing the cash flow - Ensuring client satisfaction - Evaluating project performance As part of your role, you will need to: - Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for project execution - Ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery - Develop project scopes and objectives with stakeholders - Manage resource allocation and availability - Create a detailed project plan and track progress - Implement verification techniques to handle changes in project scope, schedule, and costs - Measure project performance using appropriate systems and tools - Report to management and escalate issues as needed - Manage client and stakeholder relationships - Conduct risk management to minimize project risks - Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors - Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Qualifications required for this role: - BE in Civil Engineering - 10-12 years of experience - Good communication skills in English and computer knowledge - Two-wheeler is a must - Experience in leading teams If you are interested in this opportunity and meet the qualifications, please send your resume to support@intellisol.org.in.,
