Project Manager - Oracle

Role Overview: As a Project Manager, your primary responsibility will be to plan, execute, and deliver Oracle Fusion and EBS projects ensuring they meet scope, budget, and timeline requirements. You will develop and maintain project plans, risk management frameworks, and mitigation strategies. Leading project status meetings and effective communication with stakeholders will also be crucial. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the design, development, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Fusion and EBS modules, ensuring adherence to best practices. - Facilitate data migration and integration between legacy systems and Oracle solutions to align system functionality with business requirements and industry standards. - Manage cross-functional teams, provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members for project success. - Conduct requirement-gathering sessions, present solutions, manage change requests, and be the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. - Monitor project progress, create detailed status reports, and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards for data security and privacy. Qualification Required: - Strong functional and technical knowledge of Oracle Fusion (Finance, HCM, SCM) and Oracle EBS modules. - Experience in Oracle upgrades, customizations, and integrations using middleware tools. - Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is advantageous. - Proven ability to manage multiple complex Oracle projects concurrently. - Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management methodologies. - Strong problem-solving skills with the capability to address critical issues in a fast-paced environment. - Minimum 8 years of experience in Oracle implementations, with at least 3 years in a Project Manager role. - Hands-on experience in end-to-end lifecycle implementations of both Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBS.,
