Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Making clear project plans that include goals, deadlines, budgets, and required resources.
Creating project schedules using tools like MS Project or Primavera.
Leading project activities like design, engineering, supply, installation, testing and commissioning work.
Managing site workers, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure smooth execution.
Reviewing engineering drawings, technical specifications, and quantity details.
Tracking project costs and ensuring the project stays within the approved budget.
Coordinating with the procurement team to ensure timely supply of materials and equipment.
Single point of contact for clients, consultants, and vendors throughout the project.
Ensuring that all safety and quality standards are followed strictly at the worksite.
Keeping all project documents well-organized, including reports, contracts, and progress records.
Sharing Daily, weekly & monthly progress reports & plans to Department Head and management.
Submission of documents to accounts for billing on competition of each milestone.

Qualifications and Experience

Experience:
7 10 years of experience in project execution of chiller systems.
Knowledge of Electrical panels, PLC, SCADA and HMI Installations.
Skills:
Auto Cad, Rivet, MS Projects etc.
Strong and in-depth knowledge and understanding of HVAC and refrigeration systems
