Project Manager (MEP)

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced MEP Project Manager who can take charge of HVAC, Electrical, PHE and ELV systems across multiple project sites. The ideal candidate must have a strong technical foundation, be highly organized in documentation, and capable of independently handling multiple projects across various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end execution of MEP works, especially HVAC, Electrical, PHE and ELV systems
• Coordinate with site engineers, vendors, consultants, and clients to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Oversee project planning, resource allocation, execution, and handover across multiple locations.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including work progress reports, BOQs, method statements, inspection records, and as-built drawings.
• Monitor budget vs. actual cost and report any variance.
• Resolve on-site technical and coordination issues effectively and on time.
• Conduct regular site visits and ensure real-time project reporting.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in MEP project execution, with strong exposure to HVAC, Electrical, PHE and ELV systems.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent project documentation, reporting, and communication skills.
• Familiar with industry codes, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Leadership capability and ability to handle site teams across locations.

Preferred Attributes:

• Hands-on experience in commercial, industrial, or high-rise building projects.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project tracking tools.
• PMP or equivalent certification (preferred but not mandatory).
• Willingness to travel to different project sites.

Monthly take-home salary : 50 to 60 K
