• Lead end-to-end delivery of

• Monitor milestones, manage risks/issues, and ensure

  clear reporting

• Manage budgets, handle scope changes, and prepare

  Change Orders

• Mentor

  Project Coordinators

  for operational excellence.
• Maintain

  high client satisfaction

  and resolve escalations promptly.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Business, Computer Science, Engineering

  , or

  Healthcare

  .

Experience:

• Level 2:

  10–15 years technical + 6+ years project management.

• Level 3:

  15–20 years technical + 10+ years project management.
• Proven success delivering

  complex, multi-stakeholder global projects

  .

Certifications (Mandatory):

• PMP / PMI-ACP / PRINCE2 Practitioner / PRINCE2 Agile™ Practitioner.
  

Technical Skills:

• SDLC Methodologies:

  Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Kanban.

• Tools:

  MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana.

• Cloud:

  AWS, Azure, Google Cloud.

• Databases:

  SQL, NoSQL.

• Containerization:

  Docker, Kubernetes.

Soft Skills:

• Leadership, problem-solving, analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills.
• Ability to work under

  tight deadlines & shifting priorities

  .

• Location:

  Bangalore (Hybrid – onsite + remote)

• Hours:

  EU/US time zones (based on project)

• Travel:

  Up to 25% (domestic/international)
