Job Description

The Project Manager (IT Company) will oversee end-to-end project execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage client communication, and ensure timely delivery of project deliverables. The role requires planning, monitoring, quality control, and reporting to ensure projects meet expected standards and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

  • Define project timelines, scope, resources, and milestones
  • Plan, track, and execute tasks to ensure on-time delivery
  • Allocate and manage resources effectively

Team Coordination

  • Lead internal project team and assign tasks
  • Monitor performance, provide guidance, ensure productivity
  • Conduct review meetings and daily progress tracking

Client Coordination

  • Act as primary point of contact for clients
  • Understand project requirements and translate to team tasks
  • Provide progress updates and resolve issues promptly

Performance & Delivery

  • Ensure deliverables meet quality and accuracy standards
  • Identify risks and implement corrective actions
  • Maintain documentation and project reports

Operational Tasks

  • Maintain workflow schedules and documentation
  • Support in improving internal processes and project efficiency
  • Coordinate with HR for resource requirements

Required Skills

Job Description

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end human resource functions, ensuring smooth recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance processes. This role involves supporting management in developing a positive workplace culture, maintaining HR records, and implementing HR policies effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
  • Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and job descriptions.
  • Conduct induction/orientation sessions for new hires.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Maintain positive employee relations and handle grievances professionally.
  • Plan and organize employee engagement activities and events.
  • Support performance appraisal processes and maintain HR databases.

Attendance, Payroll & Compliance

  • Monitor attendance, leaves, and maintain employee records.
  • Coordinate with accounts/payroll teams for salary processing.
  • Ensure adherence to statutory compliances (ESI, PF, Gratuity, etc.).

HR Policies & Documentation

  • Draft and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
  • Maintain and secure all employee documents and personal files.
  • Prepare monthly HR reports and MIS summaries for management review.

Required Skills

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with HR software / ERP systems (Zoho People, GreytHR, etc.).
  • Understanding of payroll management and statutory compliance.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making capability.
  • Confidentiality and professionalism in handling employee information.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA / PGDM in Human Resource Management.
  • Prior experience in IT / BPO / Manufacturing HR roles (preferred but not mandatory).

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
