Lead the entire project lifecycle from planning and estimation through execution, deployment, and post-launch support, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and the technical team.
Manage and prioritize the product backlog, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Serve as the technical liaison between the development team and business stakeholders, capable of understanding and articulating complex technical requirements and constraints.
Identify and mitigate technical and project risks proactively.
Mentor and coach the engineering team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and technical excellence.
Manage cross-functional dependencies and communication with product, operations, and other engineering teams.
Provide regular and transparent project status updates to the Application Engineering Head and executive leadership.
