The Role

Project Manager

You will be the vital link between our firmware, backend, and frontend engineers, ensuring that our product development is seamless, efficient, and delivered on time. This is a critical role where you will transform innovative ideas into tangible products that will be in the homes of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Plan:

  Develop, manage, and execute comprehensive project plans, timelines, and roadmaps using our project management software.

• Be the Bridge:

  Serve as the primary liaison between our firmware, backend, and frontend teams. You will ensure dependencies are understood, communication is flawless, and everyone is aligned.

• Remove Roadblocks:

  Proactively identify project risks, anticipate challenges, and clear obstacles to keep our engineering teams focused and productive.

• Drive Execution:

  Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and project reviews to ensure we meet our deadlines and quality standards.

• Communicate Clearly:

  Provide regular, transparent, and concise project status updates to all stakeholders, including the leadership team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience:

  1+ years of proven experience in project management, specifically within a technology company.

• Technical Fluency:

  A strong understanding of the product development lifecycle involving both hardware (firmware) and software (web/mobile applications).

• Coordination Master:

  Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and ensure clear communication.

• Tool Proficiency:

  Hands-on experience with modern project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar).

• Education:

  Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

Preferred Qualifications (Brownie Points!)

• Direct experience in the IoT, Smart Home, or consumer electronics industry.
• Certification in Agile (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster) or Project Management (e.g., PMP).
• Previous experience in a hands-on engineering role (firmware, backend, etc.) before moving into management.
