Project Manager

Position: Project Manager (Electrical Engineering Background)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution:

  Develop, monitor, and control project schedules using

  MS Project

  , ensuring adherence to timelines, cost, and quality.

• Drawing Review & Coordination:

  Interpret and review

  electrical AutoCAD drawings

  , single-line diagrams, and layouts to ensure design intent and site feasibility.

• Vendor & Contractor Coordination:

  Liaise with vendors, site teams, and contractors for timely material delivery, installation, and commissioning.

• Project Documentation:

  Prepare and maintain project documentation including daily progress reports, MOMs (Minutes of Meetings), and correspondence logs.

• Communication & Reporting:

  Draft professional emails, technical reports, and client communication updates; escalate key project issues when required.

• Site Supervision Support:

  Coordinate with site teams to track installation progress, testing, and commissioning activities.

• Cross-functional Collaboration:

  Work closely with design, procurement, and quality teams to ensure smooth execution and compliance with project requirements.

• Risk & Issue Management:

  Identify potential project risks and propose mitigation plans to ensure seamless execution.

• Client & Consultant Interface:

  Represent the company in meetings with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure clarity in scope and deliverables.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Qualification:

  Bachelors degree or Diploma in

  Electrical Engineering

  (mandatory).

• Experience:

  Minimum

  5-8 years

  of experience in

  electrical project execution or management

  , preferably in industrial, data center, or infrastructure projects.

• Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in

  AutoCAD (Electrical drawings)

• Good working knowledge of

  MS Project / Primavera

• Understanding of

  power systems, switchgear, transformers, cabling, and control systems

• Communication & Management Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong in

  email drafting

  and report preparation
• Demonstrated

  leadership and coordination

  ability with cross-functional teams
• Strong

  organizational and time-management

  skills

• Other Requirements:

• Based in or willing to relocate to

  Ahmedabad / Gujarat

• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
  
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and proactive in handling project deliverables
