Project Manager - Edtech Operations

As a Project Manager at TeamLease EdTech in Bodhgaya, Bihar, your role involves handling various responsibilities related to Edtech Operations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Handling all correspondence with internal and external stakeholders. - Conducting document verification procedures. - Utilizing advanced Excel skills for generating MIS reports (VLookup, Pivot Table, Formatting, Formulas, Report, etc.). - Compiling data from different stakeholders and creating reports in MS Excel. - Liaising with institutions and being familiar with CRM systems and practices. - Ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for response and resolution times. - Monitoring the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives. - Achieving and maintaining an average response time for student queries. - Monitoring the number of issues escalated to higher levels and addressing potential issues before escalation. - Regularly analyzing data to provide required information to the respective Head of Departments. - Maintaining and providing metrics for reporting to the respective stakeholders. - Managing programs and adhering to timelines for sending verification lists and releasing offer letters. - Learning, understanding, and assessing existing academic operations processes across various institutes to provide support and improvements. **Qualifications Required:** - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in advanced Excel functions. - Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. - Prior experience in project management or related field. - Knowledge of CRM systems will be an added advantage.
