Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Visualize project risks and create mitigation plans.
  • Developing a deep understanding of projects to gain insights into the scope of service delivery.
  • Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Providing accurate and regular reports to the stakeholders on performance of the service delivery
  • Participate in proposals of assigned clients - scoping, estimating efforts etc.
  • Collaborate in coming up with milestone plans, key deliverables, assumptions, commercials, and dependencies etc.
  • Take complete ownership and ensure to deliver assigned projects on schedule with quality.
  • Manage the team in delivering the project and provide guidance.
  • Monitor project baseline to ensure activities progressing as planned.
  • Ensure client SLAs are consistently met.
  • Participate in all Agile ceremonies like - Sprint Grooming, Planning, Retrospectives etc.
  • Define best practices, code review process for the team to follow.
  • Identify productivity and quality process improvements and incorporate as needed.
  • Guide the team in requirement closures, design, development, and verification/validation tasks.
  • Proactively identify risks & Dependencies and develop mitigation plans.
  • Establish strong relationships with client.
  • Generate and execute onboarding, trainings, KT, and skill building plans.
  • Motivate and mentor team members.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum 12+ years experience in techno–functional roles with around 4 years of experience in Project Management.
  • Proficient in Agile process and coaching, very well experienced in Jira, and Jira Plans, able to guide teams on Jira usage and organization.
  • Technical knowledge of CMS platforms and development background in content management systems (AEM).
  • Backlog management, identify key dependencies and help manage the team dependencies,
  • Able to manage multiple scrum teams to implement standards/guidelines,
  • Provide support to teams as need and mentor or coach them to adopt the best practices.
  • Should have managed multiple teams in past at the same time Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Strong teamwork skills and attention to details.
