Uttejana Foundation, founded in 2020, is a youth-led NGO working to inspire change through education, women’s empowerment, slum development, and leadership initiatives. We design workshops and community programs that help young people and women unlock their potential and grow into future leaders.

Internship Details

  Volunteer / Unpaid Internship

• Duration:

  2.5–3 Months

• Location:

  Hybrid (New Delhi)

• Commitment:

  18–20 hours per week (flexible with academics)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Project Management Intern to assist in planning, coordinating, and executing programs efficiently, ensuring smooth operations and measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting in planning, organizing, and managing project activities to meet deadlines
• Coordinating with teams and stakeholders for seamless project execution
• Tracking progress and maintaining clear status reports
• Identifying risks and suggesting practical solutions
• Supporting documentation of project plans, reports, and deliverables
• Conducting research to improve project efficiency and impact
• Ensuring adherence to timelines and organizational goals

Our Requirements

• Graduate or currently pursuing graduation.
• A degree (completed/pursuing) in Project Management, Business Administration, Management, Operations, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of project management tools and techniques is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
