Job Description

As a Mechanical Engineer with experience in Project Management, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Assist in project planning and scheduling to ensure timelines and resources are managed effectively. - Initiate planned purchase orders as per HBOM to facilitate project requirements. - Closely follow up with suppliers to ensure timely receipt of full kits for project execution. - Coordinate customer visits and ensure a smooth process for receipt and dispatch of materials. - Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including detailed reports, schedules, and procurement dashboards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Supply Chain, Quality Control, Shop & Design, and external suppliers. - Identify and resolve project risks and delays, proactively recommending solutions to the Project Manager. - Willingness to travel to project sites as needed. Qualifications required for this role: - Domain expertise in Metal Structure, Metal Spares, Drives, Hydraulics, Planning, Liaison with Multi Stakeholders internal & External (Quality, Production, Customer, Stores, Logistics, Safety).,
