Project Leader

Role Overview: As a Design & Development Engineer, you will be responsible for realizing the design and development activities for various projects, including products such as Boiler Feed Pumps (equivalent to CHTD) and Boiler Recirculation Pumps (equivalent to LUV). Your primary focus will be to ensure compliance with industry standards, customer specifications, and internal quality benchmarks. Additionally, you will be driving innovation in design methodologies, materials, and performance optimization. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from concept to commissioning. - Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Sales, Contract Management, design, analysis, manufacturing, testing, quality assurance, and after-market. - Define timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure lean, transparent, and structured project execution. - Provide technical competence and mentorship to junior engineers. - Review and approve engineering documents, drawings, and calculations in coordination with the technically responsible departments. - Interface with customers and stakeholders to resolve technical queries and ensure satisfaction. - Collaborate with global teams and suppliers for technology transfer and benchmarking. - Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and project updates to management and clients. - Facilitate effective communication across departments to align on project goals and challenges.
