Project Leader (Development)

As an experienced professional in the IT industry, you should have a strong educational background with an M.B.A., M.C.A., B.E., B.C.A., or BSc degree along with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in ASP.NET, SQL Server, and Oracle. Previous exposure to the banking and ERP domains would be advantageous in this role. Your primary responsibilities as a Project Leader will include: - Project Documentation. - Designing the software. - Managing multiple development teams across different modules of the project. - Creating comprehensive test cases for the software. - Obtaining client approvals and completing project documentation. It is essential that you possess practical experience in ASP.NET, SQL Server, Oracle, and Crystal Reports. Holding certifications such as MCP and OCP will be considered a significant plus.
