Job Summary:

• We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer with a strong background in Python to join our dynamic team at TechM
• The ideal candidate will have 5 10 years of experience in software development, demonstrating a proven track record of delivering high quality software solutions
• You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications while collaborating with cross functional teams to ensure project success

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement software applications using Python and related technologies
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define software requirements and specifications
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Debug and troubleshoot software issues, ensuring timely resolution
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, and deployment
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve software development processes
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to their professional growth

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Python programming language
• Experience with web frameworks such as Django or Flask
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc)
• Proficient in database management systems (SQL, NoSQL)
• Experience with version control systems (Git)
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
• Preferred Skills:Familiarity with front end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with automated testing frameworks
• Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 7 10 years of professional experience in software development
• Proven experience in developing applications using Python
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment
