Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Lead to oversee software development projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, leadership abilities, and experience in Agile methodologies.

PrimarySkills (Must-Have)

Project Management Ability to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time.
Agile & Scrum Experience in Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and team coordination.
Technical Expertise Strong background in Full Stack Development (Java, Python, Node.js, or .NET).
Cloud Platforms Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Team Leadership Ability to mentor and guide developers, ensuring efficiency.
Stakeholder Management Strong communication skills to liaise with business teams and clients.
Code Review & Quality Assurance Enforcing best practices in development and testing.

Secondary Skills (Good-to-Have)

DevOps & CI/CD Pipelines

Role & Responsibilities
