Role: Jr. Project Lead – Special Purpose Machine (SPM) Manufacturing Location: Balanagar,Hyderabad Experience: 1+ Year Salary: 4 - 4.5 LPA Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech (Mechanical) Working Days: 6 Days Job Summary The Junior Project Lead will support and assist in managing end-to-end execution of Special Purpose Machine projects, from concept to commissioning. This role involves coordination between design, manufacturing, procurement, and customer teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per technical requirements. Key Responsibilities 1. Project Planning & Execution o Assist in preparing project schedules, timelines, and milestones. o Track project progress and highlight deviations to the Senior Project Lead. o Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth project execution. 2. Technical Coordination o Review and understand design drawings, BOMs, and technical specifications. o Liaise with design and production teams to resolve technical queries. o Ensure adherence to quality standards and customer specifications. 3. Vendor & Procurement Follow-up o Follow up with the purchase team for timely procurement of materials. o Track vendor deliveries and resolve supply chain bottlenecks. 4. Customer Interaction o Act as a point of contact for customers during execution stages. o Attend customer meetings, provide status updates, and manage minor change requests. 5. Documentation & Reporting o Maintain project documentation including progress reports, inspection reports, and final project dossiers. o Assist in preparing FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and SAT (Site Acceptance Test) reports. 6. On-site Support o Participate in machine installation, commissioning, and trials at the customer site. o Support troubleshooting during initial machine run and handover. Qualifications  Education: Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering.  Experience: 1–3 years in project execution, preferably in SPM or capital machinery manufacturing.  Technical Skills: o Understanding of mechanical assemblies, hydraulics, pneumatics, and automation. o Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.  Software Skills: MS Project / Excel, CAD basics (SolidWorks/AutoCAD preferred).
