Project Executive

The Project Executive will work on-site at the client's premises in West Bengal, reporting to the Project Manager or Senior Consultant. This full-time role involves frequent travel within West Bengal and requires a proactive individual to coordinate and drive project activities on the ground. The Project Executive will focus on ensuring timely execution, maintaining smooth communication among stakeholders, and monitoring progress effectively. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, execution-focused, and comfortable working in dynamic environments with regular travel. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for project activities at the client location. - Execute and oversee day-to-day operational tasks based on the project roadmap. - Facilitate seamless communication between client-side teams and internal project leadership. - Monitor progress, follow-ups, task completion, and promptly report any delays or risks. - Assist in preparing reports, documentation, and meeting notes. - Coordinate with vendors, support teams, and client departments as necessary. - Travel frequently across West Bengal to provide execution support and coordinate with clients. Key Skills & Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Management, Operations, or a related field preferred. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in execution, coordination, or project management. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal). - Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and task tracking tools. - Must be based in West Bengal with a good understanding of the local context and language. - Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently within West Bengal. Preferred Qualifications: - Previous on-site experience in consulting, operations, or client-support roles. - Familiarity with hospital, retail, manufacturing, or infra project environments. - Proficiency in Bengali/Hindi for enhanced local coordination. This full-time and permanent role offers paid sick time with a day shift schedule. The ability to commute or relocate to Dhulian, West Bengal, before starting work is preferred. Having at least 1 year of project management experience is desirable for this in-person position.,
