Job Description

As an experienced Project Execution professional, your key responsibilities will include: - Carrying out Mivan Shuttering checking such as line, level & plumb - Executing water proofing - Coordinating with MEP Activities - Certifying billing for all vendors - Amending Work Orders - Selecting materials - Conducting meetings with all stakeholders - Managing stakeholders involved in the project - Controlling project documents including drawings and SOPs - Verifying estimated quantities for bills & manpower - Coordinating with Architect & Consultant to resolve technical difficulties - Participating in making sample flats & finishing activities of tower flats - Reporting daily to line manager and planning for the next day's activities - Ensuring quality work with standard procedures - Creating documentation such as DPR, WPR, Checklist, Pour card, Roster for pouring, etc. - Overseeing Rcc work - Studying drawings and communicating with consultants & Architects for technical issues - Estimating Bill of quantities & preparing executed bill - Arranging resources & materials for execution - Planning day to day activities in line with the schedule Your minimum qualification for this role is a GRADUATE IN CIVIL ENGINEERING.,
