Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports, and presentations in line with company standards.
Consolidate technical data and project details into structured, accurate, and professional formats.
Support the preparation of feasibility reports, design briefs, and business development documentation.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure consistency, accuracy, and clarity of all project-related documents.
Ensure high standards of aesthetics and formatting in documents and presentations to align with organizational expectations.
Assist in monitoring documentation processes and recommend improvements for efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelors degree in
civil engineering or architecture
.
13 years of relevant professional experience preferred. Fresh graduates with strong academic and design portfolios may also be considered.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); working knowledge of design software (e.g., Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, or equivalent) will be an advantage.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to balance technical accuracy with presentation quality.
