Project Engineer

We are hiring for Project/ Senior Project Engineer role

Role & responsibilities

• PLC, HMI, SCADA Software Programming, Emulation & Debugging
• Onsite deployment of Software, Testing & Commissioning
• Coordinate with Internal Team and reporting.
• Co-ordinate with Customer for Project delivery and Quality
• Relationship building with Clients for business expansion.
• Should be able to individually handle small & mid-size industrial automation projects.
• Support Team Leader / Lead Engineer on technical issues.
• Ensure project implementation follows the engineering delivery standard.
• Travel (national/international) depending on Project assignments for commissioning.
• Perform Integrated testing between SW & HW.
• Perform FAT, SAT, and commissioning activities with customer.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong knowledge of Industrial Automation & Control Engineering, including Electrical & Control Detail Engineering.
• Proficiency in PLC, HMI, and SCADA programming and software development.
• Hands-on experience with Schneider PLCs: Modicon M580, M340.
• Proficient in Schneider tools: Vijeo Citect Studio, Vijeo Designer HMI, EcoStruxure SCADA & DCS platforms.
• Familiar with Modbus, Profibus, OPC, and other third-party interfaces.
• Industry exposure in F&B, Life Sciences, Chemicals, Oil & Gas, Automotive, Infrastructure.
• Knowledge of Ladder Logic, Function Block Diagram (FBD).
• Experience in: Design Basis & Specifications
• Panel GA & Wiring Diagrams
• Control System Architecture
• I/O Lists, Signal Exchange & Communication Lists
• FAT/SAT procedures
• Onsite experience in commissioning and debugging control systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexible and adaptable work approach.
• Experience with Allen Bradley systems and Rockwell Software is a plus.
