Project Engineer

Designation: Project Engineer

Experience : 4-7 years

Location : Andheri West

* Manage the full lifecycle of NDT automation projects including planning, design review, system integration, and customer delivery.

* Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, software, and application teams to develop integrated automated inspection systems.

* Interpret customer requirements and translate them into technical specifications and engineering deliverables.

* Supervise assembly, testing, and commissioning of systems at the factory and customer site.

* Ensure adherence to industry standards and customer-specific quality benchmarks.

* Conduct risk assessments and implement project control measures to ensure timely and successful execution.

* Prepare detailed project documentation including Gantt charts, test plans, FAT/SAT reports, and installation manuals.

* Interface directly with the installation team, provide technical support during installation, and ensure smooth project handover.

* Assist in procurement planning, and vendor management for automation components and hardware.

Requirements & Qualifications:

* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electronics Engineering or related field.

* Experience: 4–6 years of project engineering experience, preferably in industrial automation or NDT systems.

* Technical Skills:

Knowledge of automation components such as motion controllers, actuators, PLCs, sensors, and robotics.

• Exposure to CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and project tracking software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).

* Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

• Effective communicator with ability to engage both technical and non- technical stakeholders.

• Comfortable with hands-on field work and travel for site installations.
