Project Design Engineer

Role Overview: As a Project Manager with 13+ years of experience in EPC/EPCM projects within industries like Oil & Gas, Renewable energy, Petrochemicals, or similar sectors, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: - Review and analyze purchase order documents to ensure alignment with project goals, contract terms, specifications, and codes. - Organize project kick-off meetings, develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor compliance with procedures. - Coordinate with stakeholders, clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure efficient execution and timely completion of projects. - Track project budgets, control costs, manage schedules, identify potential risks, and mitigate them to stay within scope. - Ensure effective communication across multidisciplinary teams, vendors, fabricators, and third-party agencies to optimize resource usage and operational efficiency. - Lead the project team, fostering a collaborative environment across a multinational, multicultural workforce, ensuring adherence to EHS, quality standards, and company procedures. - Coordinate and manage key documents for procurement processes (VDDR, RFI, TBE, RFP) and oversee HAZOP/SIL activities and design/testing support. - Provide project updates regularly, assist with decision-making, troubleshoot issues, and ensure alignment with project objectives and value generation. - Manage scope, change, and risk, and ensure proper archiving of project documentation. - Negotiate contracts, manage customer communications, and ensure compliance with regulations and quality management standards. - Ensure successful project completion, meeting all objectives and deadlines. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors Degree in Engineering or a related field. - Proven experience (13+ years) in project management within EPC/EPCM projects. - Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. - Expertise in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and reporting tools. - In-depth knowledge of risk management, cost control, and project scheduling. - Understanding of safety regulations and industry-specific standards (EHS, quality control). - PMP certification or equivalent project management training is an advantage.,
