Primary Title: ELV Project Coordinator

About the Opportunity
We operate in the commercial smart‑buildings and building‑technology sector, delivering integrated ELV (Extra‑Low Voltage) automation and security solutions for corporate, retail, and institutional facilities. We're hiring an on‑site Project Coordinator to drive delivery excellence across Contol Panne, access control, structured cabling and related ELV systems.

Role & Responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day ELV project activities on site: manage installation schedules, supervise subcontractors, and enforce safety and quality standards.
• Review and validate technical drawings and BOQs, raise RFIs, and ensure design‑to‑site conformity using AutoCAD.
• Create and maintain project schedules and progress reports using MS Project or Primavera; track milestones and escalate critical delays.
• Drive testing & commissioning activities (FAT/SAT), document results, and hand over as‑built documentation and operations manuals.
• Manage material delivery, inventory, and on‑site acceptance; conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Serve as primary on‑site liaison for clients, consultants, and vendors—coordinate site meetings, update stakeholders, and resolve integration issues.

Skills & Qualifications

Must‑Have

• Proven experience managing ELV project, control panel, access control, structured cabling, and related systems.
• Hands‑on familiarity with testing & commissioning of ELV systems and producing FAT/SAT and handover documentation.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit for drawing coordination and site verification.
• Experience with MS Project or Primavera P6 for scheduling and progress tracking.
• Working knowledge of IP networking concepts relevant to ELV (VLANs, PoE, basic switch configuration) and VMS integration.
• Strong vendor coordination and site supervision experience in commercial construction or fit‑out projects.

Preferred

• PMP or equivalent project management certification, or BICSI/industry certification in low‑voltage systems.
• Experience with BIM workflows and coordinating MEP/BMS integrations.
• Familiarity with local electrical/safety compliance standards and site HSE procedures.
