Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Governance & Compliance

  • Define and maintain project management standards, templates, and processes
  • Ensure projects follow organizational methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid)
  • Support audits, quality checks, risk and issue management

2. Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare dashboards, status reports, and executive summaries
  • Track KPIs, milestones, risks, budget, dependencies
  • Consolidate project information for leadership

3. Project Planning & Coordination

  • Assist in project scheduling and resource planning
  • Facilitate project meetings, reviews, and steering committees
  • Maintain project documentation and centralized repositories

4. Financial & Resource Management

  • Track budgets, forecasts, and project costs
  • Monitor resource allocation and utilization
  • Support vendor and contract management (where applicable)

5. Stakeholder Communication

  • Coordinate communications across teams
  • Prepare presentations for leadership (often in PowerPoint)
  • Help manage expectations and deliver updates
