Role Overview

We are looking for a Project Coordinator (Intern/Fresher) to support our project management team in planning, executing, and monitoring IT/software projects. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are detail-oriented, organized, and interested in developing a career in project management and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating IT/software projects.
• Track project progress, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
• Act as a communication bridge between clients, developers, and management.
• Prepare reports, meeting notes, and documentation for ongoing projects.
• Support the Project Manager in resource allocation and task management.
• Identify potential risks or bottlenecks and escalate them appropriately.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (freshers welcome).
• Strong communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic knowledge of project management tools (Trello, Asana, Jira, or similar) is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Nice-to-Have

• Understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with IT/software project lifecycles.
• Previous internship or academic project coordination experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
