Shift Timings: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Monday to Friday; 1st & 3rd Saturday working)

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join us as interns and gain hands-on experience in project management and coordination.

Role Overview:

As a Project Coordinator Intern, you will work closely with the project management team to assist in planning, tracking, and executing projects. This internship will give you exposure to client communication, task management, reporting, and cross-team collaboration, helping you build a strong foundation for a career in project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project Manager in planning and executing project deliverables.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Track project timelines, prepare reports, and update project documentation.
  • Communicate with clients (as required) to provide updates and gather requirements.
  • Identify and escalate potential risks or delays to the Project Manager.
  • Support in organizing meetings, preparing minutes of meetings (MoMs), and following up on action items.
  • Maintain proper records and ensure smooth documentation flow.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree (BBA, B.Com, B.Tech, MBA or related field preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of project management tools/software will be an advantage.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
