Role Description

Bavla, Ahmedabad,

Essential Responsibilities (Project Jeevan Setu)

• Coordinate and implement project activities related to health, nutrition, WASH, and wellbeing across assigned villages.
• Mobilise community members, women, and adolescents, and facilitate regular awareness sessions and village-level events.
• Support convergence with government frontline workers (AWW, ASHA, ANM) and block-level stakeholders to strengthen service delivery.
• Ensure timely data collection, documentation, and reporting of field activities as per project requirements.
• Provide on-ground supervision, troubleshoot implementation challenges, and ensure smooth delivery of planned interventions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in public administration, social work, development studies, or a related field
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a problem-solving mindset
• 2–3 years of experience with NGOs, government agencies
