Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Project Coordinator to assist our IT and digital teams in planning, managing, and executing various projects. This role is ideal for a fresher with strong communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a keen interest in learning project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in coordinating day-to-day project activities.
• Communicate with internal teams to ensure timely task completion.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and schedules.
• Follow up with team members on task progress and update trackers.
• Support in preparing project-related presentations, emails, and reports.
• Coordinate between design, development, and marketing teams as needed.
• Handle basic administrative tasks related to projects.

Required Skills:

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, BCA, or similar preferred).
• Fresher candidates are welcome.
