Project Control Manager

Role & responsibilities

• To manage the project control resources required to deliver a multiple cross-functional

engineering project.

• To support the project manager with progress reporting including schedule

development, update and maintenance in Primavera and Microsoft Project according to

the WBS Guidelines.

• Working Knowledge of Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.

• Possess working experience with Cost Control, Earned Value Management, Budgets,

Estimating, Change Management, Planning, Forecasting, Reporting Progress and

Performance, and Project Funding.

• Establish project budget, baselines, and report variances.

• Monitoring and managing the scope of work in the contract

• Basic experience and understanding of estimating and benchmarking.

• Provide inputs for contract management.

• Assist and support project manager in financial project close-out.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Develop and maintain detailed Cash flow and Commitment flow throughout the project

phases.
