The right candidate will be willing and able to:

●     Scheduling meetings

●     Recording meeting minutes

●     Managing team schedules and tracking progress

●     Coordinating with clients, onboarding, getting approvals, invoice information, and client feedbacks whilst gathering requirements

●     Ensuring the project process plan is followed

●     Initiating stand-ups with the team

●     Researching and working on case studies

●     Helping the managers complete the daily tasks

●     Assisting with the formatting, publishing, recording, or sharing of reports and documents

Education, Training, and Certification

●     Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

●     Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills

●     Ability to interact effectively with clients, team and management

●     Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

●     A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

●     Excellent time management skills.
