Role Description

This is a full-time, Head Office role for a Project Architect located in New Delhi. The Project Architect will oversee daily architectural design tasks, manage project timelines, and coordinate with various stakeholders. Responsibilities include producing architectural submittals, utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) for project design, and ensuring adherence to Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standards. This role also involves project management duties including team collaboration and client communication.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Submittals and Architecture
• Experience in Project Management and overseeing project timelines
• Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Understanding of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standards
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Experience working in the New Delhi area is a plus
