Project Architect

As a Project Architect at our company, you will be responsible for preparing project briefs for Master Planning, Urban Design, Architecture, Landscape, Interior Design, and Related Engineering Services. You will also be tasked with preparing Digital Architectural Sketches, Drawings, and Diagrams, as well as Design & Detail Drawings. Your role will involve coordinating with Consultants for Engineering Details and utilizing technical skills such as AutoCAD, Revit, 3DS Max, Google Sketchup, and MS Office. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 3+ years of experience as an Architect - Must possess and maintain an exceptional work ethic, uphold company values, and demand the highest standard of conduct from yourself and others - Ability to work independently and with a team, use time productively, maximize efficiency, and meet challenging work goals - Strong written and verbal communication skills In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, it is important to note that the minimum period of employment for this position is 24 months. The company invests substantial costs and time in training specifically for effectively handling the job responsibilities. Therefore, any discontinuance of employment before the expiry of the 24-month term would unfairly prejudice the company. As such, you are required not to leave the services of the company for any reason whatsoever for a minimum period of 24 months from the date of joining the services.
