Project Architect

• Ability to create innovative & practical design for Residential & Commercial spaces & Landscape designing .
• Pre-Design Management
• End to End ownership in meeting clients, gathering client requirements, site coordination , material selection.
• Conversant with providing detailed material specification, site supervision and execution.
• Complete drawing sets to be released keeping every detail in mind. Ensure all the Line drawings, 3-D layouts & GFC drawings are provided well in time, along with material specifications.
• Design and material approved from management as per budget and value engineering or change design
• Co ordination our in-house design architect ,MEP, structural team.
• Coordination with contract and purchase department.
• Design provide to site for execution.
• Execution Phase , cordinate among vendor,site engineer and project manager.
• Weekly meeting working progress, to monitor work as per design ,materials qualities and qualities and time frame set by project management and planning department.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
