Key Responsibilities:

·      Lead and manage architectural projects, ensuring design excellence and timely delivery.

·      Oversee project planning, design development, and execution across a variety of sectors, including industrial, commercial, high end residential villas and multistorey buildings.

·      Collaborate with clients, consultants, and construction teams to ensure all project goals are met.

·      Develop creative and functional design solutions that meet client needs and comply with regulatory standards.

·      Mentor and guide junior architects and designers in the development of architectural plans and concepts.

·      Ensure project documentation, drawings, and specifications are completed to the highest standards.

Qualifications:

·      Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture

·      Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in architectural design and project management, specifically in industrial, and multistory building projects.

Must-have software skills proficiency in:

·      AutoCAD

·      Revit along with BIM (Building Information Modeling) software and Coordination

·      Sketch Up

·      Lumion/ V-Ray

·      3ds Max (or other 3D modeling software)

·      Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign)

·      MS Office

·      Experience in managing complex architectural projects from design through completion.

·      Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage project teams and timelines.

·      In-depth knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices

·      Proven experience with project documentation, construction detailing, and technical aspects of architecture.

Experience in the following project types is required:

·      Industrial facilities

·      Multistorey residential and commercial buildings

·      Institutional buildings
