Key Responsibilities

• Billing & Invoicing

  o Interpret Project BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for accurate billing o Prepare Supply and Installation invoices for various project stages

• Reconciliation & Reporting

  o Compile project-wise reconciliation data
• Track outstanding payments and generate aging reports

• Client Coordination

  o Follow up with clients for pending payments
• Draft and send professional reminders and collection letters

• Accounts Receivable Management

  o Monitor AR portfolio across India and overseas clients
• Maintain detailed records of collection efforts and client communications o Investigate and resolve payment disputes and deductions

• Compliance & Documentation

  o Ensure GST and TDS compliance on customer transactions o Manage Bank Guarantees (PBG/ABG) and related documentation
• Maintain accurate receivable records in Tally ERP 9

Desired Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in

  MS Office (Word, Excel)

• Hands-on experience with

  Tally ERP 9

• Strong command of

  English

  for drafting professional correspondence
• Deep understanding of

  Accounts Receivable

  ,

  TDS

  compliance
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
