· Previous experience in a supervisory role in a sheet metal fabrication shop.
· Experience with CNC machines and automation in a sheet metal production environment.
· Experience in Nesting Programs Like Metalix, Laser Cutting Nesting Software & Auto Cad.
· Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
· Knowledge on operating Turret Punch , Laser Cutting Machine & Press Brake Bending machine.
· Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
· Solid understanding of sheet metal manufacturing processes, materials, and industry standards.
· Proficient in reading technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
· Familiarity with quality control processes and safety regulations.
· Excellent communication and organizational skills.
